There is alot of politics and management does not address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow .

... to Workers/no benefits/ too deduction if employee left or resign. No work visa. 3 month's salary received after complete 4month. Work as a slave. if worker complain, then company give him ticket to back and deduct all exp from salary.

Production process I like a work experience then how to achieve in one day goal. And company police are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary and bonus every year.
