In Prodocs Solutions there are no benefit given to the employees. Salary standards are very low. Work life balance does not existed and we re forced to work on all weekend with very minimal payout.

I don't think there is any good about it, but they provide salary on time.

Every part of management is bad. Specially when you receive feedback from client, you will get 200% bad reactions from the manager.

Yaha international holidays hote huye bhi nhi dete Chhuti li agar bimar rahe toh bhi dusare din afternoon milne bulate hai doctor certificate mangate hai without pay itna koi kyun kare Cafetaria bhi clean nahi hai Alag hi smells aati hai

There is nothing to like about.

...on. The job agency will tell to pay some fees which is around 2000 or something. They'll say some faltu bakwaas good package, benefits and blaah blaah. One's you pay that they'll send you for interview in prodocs solution Pvt ltd...... And then there you'll have to give interview. And if you'll pass then you'll get the job. And without paying that registration fees these all could have been done....... While apart from that work culture is pathetic. There are bunch of frustrated seniors jo ghar bahar ka gussaa sab yaha aakar niklate hai. Way too much politics. Even on Sunday they'll call you for work.

As a student or 10th pass or 12th you can easily join with minimum typing speed and some analysing nd comphrehensivi skill English reading

They don't provide overtime amount proper like ot amount need to pay double They pay in regular hr
