He is one of the most corrupt DG in history who always prefers to appoint his relative only and make money. He never gives the full and final to the expatriate which makes it one of the worst companies of RAWJI GROUPE in the history of DR Congo. Although RAWJI donates millions of dollars to society at the same time their group company don't give full and final to their employee it really an area of concern. I will never recommend anybody to work there. The MD of the company is a nice person but he isn't involved in day-to-day business whatever the DG says he accepts.

1. Very poor Management and corrupt DG Present Director General is very corrupt. He and his relative running a parallel business in Lubumbashi, Kisangani, and Kinshasa, He is doing moonlighting for the last 10-12 years but Management still believes him. He has no mission or vision. He almost destroyed the company. 2. No full and final settlement of Employees This is the worst company of the Rawji Group where company not giving full and final settlement to the employees. I think the DR Congo govt should take strict action against it.

The director general is engaging in corrupt practices, showing favoritism by hiring only his relatives in the company. The company is neglecting to provide full and final payments to employees (a lot of cases are pending) and is making deceptive donations to charitable organizations for personal gain. The top management is fully aware of these wrongdoings but has failed to take appropriate action. Additionally, unnecessary interference from the Dubai team in the finance department has led to frequent changes in finance staff, creating instability, and insecurity of jobs.
