...department: Every month they change the policies. Policies depend on their need. They will deduct salary if you forgot to put attendance without any intimation. But if need any extra allowance they you have to call, whatsapp and mail them many time. If you'll ask for appraisal they will provide you less after long time and also will ask you to sign the bond to not leave the company with the one our two years.

Nothing to be liked at Prodevanvs. The owner and the top management is totally unprofessional. They do not keep the committments that are made as part of the offer letter. Very keen to find ways to deduct the quarterly and yearly bonuses. At the time of full and final, the dues are never paid

1. Unprofessional beheviour of the management. 2. Do not pay the dues. 3. Team work is never encouraged. 4. There is no scope of any individual development. 5. Although they hire senior professionals from the industry but their expertise are never used professionaly

Small organisation hence your voice shall be heard of you know how to raise and who to approach.

Management is blindsided, does not have proper understanding of projects and requirements. Cannot be categorised as startup as well as it lacks l the basic necessities with regards to employees welfare and policies

Some wrong promises or hope by higher management and when will come time to complete promises then they are not fulfilled, they are denay from there worlds. It's hurts to employees

Good opportunity to upskill. You need to know a skill prior to joining here. Be ready to work overtime and on weekends. And if you're tech friendly, you'll do well here. Very little instructions will be given and expect a very high outcome from you.

Working hours. No set timings.
