I had a very disappointing experience with salary deductions at Proctur Software Company. Despite meeting all my performance targets and working long hours, I noticed significant and unexplained deductions from my salary every month. When I raised the issue with HR, I received vague responses and no clear explanation of where the deductions were coming from. There was no transparency in the process, and it felt like the company was taking advantage of employees without proper communication. This lack of clarity and fairness is really frustrating and has made me reconsider my future with the company. Would not recommend working here if you're looking for honesty and trust in your compensation.

Don't join this organization. Its like a bpo company. If you wants to waste your career then you can proceed with this. Negative mark is not there. Simply waste. Please dont join. They never understand their employees hardwork.

the work culture is toxic , and the environment is unhealthy. the HR department is unprofessional , sending informal messages. Additionally , Vikas Gulati and the management create a tense and frustration atmosphere , teir sandwich polices are unfair as they deduct salaries without perior notice and implement poorly thought-out policies

In the company if join no body cam respect your skill and all .. only they treated as a majdur.. After leaving the company then keep all your money and give some stupid hr policy's..

Nothing, they are not having anything which you will like. you will definitely regret after joining this company.

Nothing is good, everything is bad, nothing is to learn, or helpful for skill development, you will get terrible experience in each thing like job security, appraisal, work life. you will feel like you are living in jail. you will feel that working in MIDC is good than working in this company.
