If you’re on direct payroll then the organisation is great. They organise a lot of growth programs. Culture is great. But again, you will only get these benefits IF you’re on direct payroll

If on 3rd party payroll, then the growth is stagnant. Repetitive operations work. You get to work on the scraps. Little to no exposure to anything.
