Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...bhishek and anand are running the prison not a company and they are the jailers. They do not provide the salary what they promise, they will provide the offer letter after 3 months, without giving you offer letter they cut the salary and say it is mentioned in the offer letter if you will not meet the target they will deduct the salary. So much of work pressure, you will not get any target but at the time of salary they will tell you, you did not achieve your target
