It's like a fish market . No proper knowledge of senior persons about work . Procmart working for prestigious client like Vedanta where our Vp,Gm like persons don't have the proper knowledge to tackle the difficult situations. It's a company where there is every day hiring goes and people submit their resignation . I suggest dnt go to the Bhadrak location if you are asked to.

* Some people might feel it little difficult if they are from far-off places from the office location, but for that we do have weekly offs on a rotation basis.

Disappointment with the service I received from Procmart. Despite my initial expectations, my experience was far from satisfactory.They focus on fresher to join as a intern to make fool the fresher students. Don't join just a lalla environment.

All. Nothing is good. Management is like to run a grocery shop. Senior employee very much polities because they are incompetence and hide their incompetency to unnecessary pressure on junior and intern.
