No job security at all pathetic manager, TL HEAVY POLITICS THEY SUDDENLY TERM OR LAYOFF IF THEY DONT NEED THAT EMPLOYEE WORST COMPANY SENIORS NOT ALLOW TO GROW YOU IN THIS ORGANIZATION NO SUPPORT DONT BELEIVE THEIR FAKE PROMISES

The learning is pretty good here for a person from the non-healthcare field and there's good job security as people do not get fired unless they're completely unfit or have committed any fatal errors.

Dislikes

Everything from the work for the role, salary, career growth is a dud. Though the upper management especially the COO is very clear with his expectations, the next level management does all politics to ensure only they grow.

Likes

You will be recognized if you are a good performer and the growth will be drastic. Organization helped to work from home until lockdown to ensure their employees safety. Strength of company is having well knowledge people in all levels.

Salary is good but growth is slow after some point of time. Not sticking with policies and changing it for person to person.
