Company offer good package and facilities. However, few are representing themselves as management but they are useless and jealous. Always feel unsecured and visit junior to share things here and there.

Except salary and increment nothing is good. HR has no spine. There are no rules. They have to inform prior atleast internal team after firing employees. They want everything secret but nothing remain secret by management.

Most of the people have been fired without any notice just because there is no vision of the Indian subsidiary. No management, no culture nothing.
