Benefits are limited and the take-home salary needs some revision. However in the long term these should be addressable as the company grows

... You get lot more opportunities to take and develop skills required in the role. The salary offered to Software engineer is good and meet industry standards

Dislikes

The company has a terrible work life balance. Management lacks planning and vision of projects and the attitude is to deliver fast than to deliver quality. These approaches makes the engineers life hell. The promotions are based mainly on how well you are connected with your boss and a little bit of working as well.

Almost forget work-life balance, pay is decent/ at par-with industry standards-maybe a notch down but definitely not up for the amt of working hours you put in.

-I like the level of opportunities the organization is providing. Having worked at multiple organizations before I can surely relate and say that this is one of the best learning platform that I have seen. - The culture is very collaborative and everyone is extremely helpful. - Meritocratic culture rewards performance rather than relationships/tenure

Dislikes

- I wouldn't say dislike, but the work is challenging. The other side of the argument is that you wouldn't grow as much if you don't get challenging work.
