...le should have been blacklisted for life,but instead,they are running show here. Salary scam-I know a coder who had nearly a Rs.100000 pending hard earned double pay on every sat and sundays and incentive but they left the company , that money just vanished.Why? Becoz this company decides when and how to pay you.they will say dp and incentives are there if you ask them then you will be on poor category the next month then prepare for the termination. if you say hike is better here yes that's for you going to sold your dignity,future,career then importantly your Health.

This organisation is not working according to government rules and regulations. They are hold salary. And not credited OT pay . Any time they call for wfo . Unnecessary pressure of target and quality.

Poor management working minimum 12 hours and all TL are pombala porukies, manager also not giving double pay and Insensitive amounts, So don't waste your experience in this worst company.

...compare to my previous company... There are so my benefits after joining here... Like my salary and my knowledge of coding also updated day by day... The management also so good here... Kind hearted helping others to grow ... Overall I'm satisfied for joining in this company.

No proper management. No appointment letter and pay slip are given. All day working day no leaves on weekends. No work life balance. No job security. Without proper intimation, they stopped work from home.
