Poor management. They don't respect their employees' efforts. Even they make the candidate waiting for the entire day just for the one round of a discussion because they are busy. Please don's consider this as your future organisation.

First of all they have CCTV with recording, they record peoples conversation and then manipulate it in front of the management, and then terminate employee's without notice.
