Dislikes

The director is not very much supportive. Personal space of employees is not respected. Employees are not even allowed to talk to each other. The director doesn't even provide complete documents while leaving the organisation. There is no peace of mind and the work he gets done is more than what he offers. He will talk about incentives but never give any. It is a toxic work environment and would never recommend anyone to work here.
