If you are willing to learn by arranging the resources by yourself and doing things then you can have a great experience here. Pay is not upto the mark but u get a lot of freedom to learn things and can develop yourself and can move on to some other organisations.

I like the working climate in the college. The sub ordinates were friendly in nature

Dislikes

The working time seems to be very flexible depends upon the work. So i prefer to dislike this because we cannot assure any commitments because of that culture.

The college is nice I'm happy to work in that institute and with the college's and i had to how to be communicate with each other travel facilities also nice but salary it self not satisfactory

There is transportation problem for students to reach college

Their Worst teaching management bcz they don't teach and we enjoyed while having class

They (most of them) don't hav proper knowledge of their subject. Rest of them may be hav better knowledge of subject but yhey don't knw how to deliver it to students.

It was a great experience for me as a fresher working in priyadarshini college of engineering.I have learnt a lot while working.Being a student is totally different from being an assistant professor to teach for students.It was a great platform to cope up with the teaching experience

Dislikes

Nothing much to dislike anything there.Being a fresher everything is new for me that time.so nothing makes me uncomfortable there but took some time to mingle with all the facilities and students
