... of politics which I have ever seen and the management don't address our issues. Salary is doesn't hike and bonus too ....some people involved in our personal matters this was very bad thing wt i observed here

Nothing is there that I like about working .

Dislikes

No senior Sales person is there to handle all india Market . Dominated by commercial team always without having knowledge of market work and pricings . No communication in between concern departments in HO . It's very hard to say like this that I found 18 years earlier format in pricing in 2022 once and damage policy changed 3 times once in a year . Customers are fedoff about this .

They have jokers sitting in the top management who are decision makers and making the company decline since decade with bloody lame excuses. The owner is puppet in the hands of so called Management who are just taking Salaries and perks without even having long term vision for the company and arrogant fools. Dont even know the nuances of FMCG dynamics and how to leverage the brand potential. Really sad and feel pity for the organization...

In my experience, I have performed some achievements in commodities in QC,R&D, with the great support of the higher management, In my working days, i heard a great word from our chair man sir, given to the organization that there should not be any compromise in Quality what so ever. That has given me more strength, and hard work with the great support given by my superiors.

Only one dislike in priya foods is, little politics playing by the staff among them self.
