1) There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. 2) Salary is decent but career growth is slow. 3) On the job training is not given to new joinees. 4) canteen & food quality is very poor.

Good opportunity to try and implement things which are not possible in other jobs. Practical experience is good.

...ly has 5 days a week policy but in Nerul Pilot Plant you'll have to work 6 days. And you may also need to work overtime without any compensation.

Compensation is good, but growth is slow. Managers do not valie an individual's unique strengts.So many workers are working through third party like teamlease so overall job is insecure.
