Good work environment and culture. Teammates are very supportive.appraisals are fair and they give good salary.

1) There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. 2) Salary is decent but career growth is slow. 3) On the job training is not given to new joinees. 4) canteen & food quality is very poor.

Compensation is good, but growth is slow. Managers do not valie an individual's unique strengts.So many workers are working through third party like teamlease so overall job is insecure.
