The Products and R&D of the company is good which motivates to work.

Dislikes

The work culture of the company is worse & toxic. Management is inexperienced in handling the Agriculture business. Salaries and expenses are delayed by 1-2 months. HR is only for namesake, and there are no rights for employee development.
