No salary no job security no fixed timing. It's all struggle badly

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.

Good work environments are supportive. Company policies are good. And to hey give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is there is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

In private practice you are your boss. So you need to be disciplined and punctual as it will positively boost your staffs confidence and work efficiency.

...you don't have a steady income so you have to be patient and sincere in ur work. It will definately pay you in the long run. This is my personal experience
