pathetic work culture. nobody cooperates and just cheats and lies to the customer. its a call center where people come for free food and some salary. co-founder only things calling customer again and again until they block you is the only way to grow the business. takes false pride in working 9am-9pm by forcing people.

They provide salary on time they also provide one time meal and snack

There is no work life balance People takes credit of what u do and put all blames on BDs and Manager In most of the cases they wont let u to interact with higher authority Not a good place to work with

Salary comes on time that's the only thing everyone likes nothing apart from that

... even if you're sick or on holiday you've to remotely work doesn't matter what.. less salary in terms of compitition... No HR policy if your manager want they can fire you anytime.. if you're not following what your manager is saying you'll be in trouble even if you are given your opinion on same.. one can not get in any discussion with manager if you're low performing.. but if you're high performing then manager also can't do anything they've to listen... Doesn't want to mention this but have to ( Girls are getting more benefits in every team ) don't know the exact cause of this but every team member is facing the same.. if you're hard working and doing 25 surgery someone from higher management will give 15 surgery to girl they'll achieve 30 and everyone will say look how hard working is she.. your work will not get noticed... Many things are their which cannot be explained here.. but if you ask me I'll not suggest ever to join Pristyn Toxic Care anyday anytime... Stay away find some good company

No career growth, after doing work for 1year getting hike of 2k and everyone getting the similar hike in salary, Poor work culture. It is better to be jobless rather doing work in this company.
