...l put the entire blame on customers. This actually triggered their work culture. Now regarding the salary part: they will hardly pay their employees. Came to know that they have not paid salary since December2021. This is the reason why everyone left the organization. It been nearly 2 years and they are not paying salary till date. I had to quit after 5 months, but after becoming an ex-employee, they hardly respond(mails, calls, messages). After continuous calls of 2-3 months, once in blue moon they will pick up the call and say that company is going through loses and hence the delays. The salary will be credited in 2-3 months. they will commit over the phone but once you ask them in writing, they will disconnect and are hardly reachable. Initially it was Ms. Saumya and now its Ms. Jyothi from the HR team who is giving false commitments always. They will ask to apeak to Finance person, Mr. Pradeep for pending dues. Mr. Pradeep is the worst person of Pristine who never answers to your queries. It indicates that Pristine is least bothered to pay. They just want to keep the employee money and enjoy.

Everything..the worst company to ever work for..The company will just keep on hiring but will never pay you..Initially it was Late Mr. Raghu and now the baton is taken forward by Mrs. Deepa of ruining careers and coning people..They don't have money to pay salaries but have money to attend shows and put stalls..They don't even have the time to respond to the communication (mail , message, phone) sent by ex employees..So request everyone to not join this fraudulent company and ruin your career..

...his is not only my review there will 100s of employee who is facing such issues. 90% of the staff did not get the salary from dec 2021. Management or HR will not respond while you calling for the salary. People who are working good company please do not leave that and join here. they will offer awesome salary but they will pay only 50% salary. The staff as mentioned earlier will screw all your hard work. the management also will not take any action against them and the staffs will take benefit out of it.. I know a staff who want money when he hospitalized but they did not release his salary. to make them believe he had to sent his hospitalised picture.. look at the situation of an employee. Now most of all HOD/Senior managers have left the company and their salary stilll pending. They did not pay my salary too from dec 2021 and they have screwed my credit score. the have deducted my PF and TDS but they did not pay to the respective dept. Now i am not able to do my returns properly. My Whole life got screwed up because I have taken a wrong decision by joining this company. MY FRIENDS PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND SUCH COMPANIES. Thanks

Do not to waste the career. This is not at all a company to be in our consideration list for a job or career. Be safe and stay away.

The company , Managing Director and top management is incapable and they know all the ways of not paying Salary, Allowance, PF, ESI and etc... For so many years to any employees. They will act like they the are best company and the Managing Director if the business is good, but they use this same story for 1000s of ex employees and spoiled their career. Because of this people are undergoing mental harassment, family coming to Street, the bank produces the ex employees on legal actions. If you join here you will be on street and in court within 1 year. Be safe and stay away from this company and the Managing Director.

* They won't pay you salary and expense. * Only for 1st 3months you will be paid salary and expense. * Every 6months once they will fall short in manufacturing hence Product will be out of stock. * They won't give you any kind of hike (Annual) * Full of fake Commitment. * Management or HR won't pick your call. * No one will give you answer for your unpaid Salaries. * PF Amount will be debited from your salary but they won't pay PF. * They will not send Samples as well as your Visiting Cards. * No CN will be given to the Stockist for the expiry/non moving goods returned to the organization. * Joining here in Pristine Organics Pvt Ltd will cost your peace and your familes welfare.
