Management is worst, managers are totally unprofessional and gender resist. No job security. Then can lay off an employee with in one month after confirmation, even after being the best performer for the same month. Too much office politics.

Prismbiz solutions is a good company with bad work culture the jobs are very much challenging but the team leader and managers are not good, there is no training on the process once joined instead only focus on productivity always without caring about the employees well being...no work life balance, managers take work on weekends and immediately fire you if u question anything right... No value for honesty and hardwork. Strongly recommend not to join this company especially WLA team

Company is a business centric and will not bother on employees well being. Howmuch ever you work they will not care instead pressurize more and finally will tell your productivity is not good and you have done nothing.
