Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision
Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

...ts and there was nearby 4 rounds with HR executive,HR Head and finally with MD .Finally I was shortlisted and people said waiting for MD Approval for Salary Hike these processes was going on for 20 days so I wait these much days finally no any reply from these people .Worst Company and worst Culture and worst Management no proper organisation.My totally time wasted of these poor company please don't entertain in this company anymore Friends and Job Finders.

It was nice to work with a domestic brand. It has tought me about viscose fabrics to handle. Also about ladies inner wears. Very good team support from factory manager and DGM.

Prisma is not a company where We work.Its our family.there are no partiality between higher officials to labour.And our boss such a man of simplicity.once i have done an 5s project our G.M.came and shake my hands on that time i feel that my legs aren't in the ground.I love my company (family) very much.
