Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. Very poor employee engagement and welfare. Very poor work life balance. Terrible because of Late sitting culture. Punch out time is 6:00pm but senior(s) don't let one leave untill 8:30-9:00pm
