The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role

1. Co workers are very Cooperative. Everyone is ready to help each other. 2. Giving Competitive Salary packages.

Dislikes

1. Worst part about the company is there are persons in the management who don't know how to talk to their juniors. The way they talk is not acceptable in the professional career. 2. Rare Out of office culture. 3. No opportunity to work abroad. 4. People in the company only stay their as they are giving a competitive salary.There is no other reason to stay in this company. 5. I am in a testing field, So about the automation testing, They are using a excel based automation. In other companies, There is not requirement of the automation through excel sheets.
