You will really learn a lot about communicating with people, apart from this the gifts they provide after evry 2 or 3 months. If talking about the learnings, there is no such liking thing. You will not learn much but will have to same thing over and over again, and the current management doesnt even cares about that

Dislikes

They don't understand the terms worklife balance, appreciations, skil development. The people, leads etc are so afraid of the company higher ups present in the company, that their statements, expressions and discussion change whenever someone like that is around😂 This is the funniest part the company

Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts
