Company gives very good compensation to their employees. Work life balance is also good.Management team is very employee friendly. Managers and teammates are very supportive. Company has a user-friendly portal for their employees. Overall very good company to work.

Dislikes

Company has changed their notice period policy. Notice period is of 3 months. IJP opportunities are very less in my project. Carrer growth is very less. On site opportunities and business trips are only for higher management.

Career Growth Challenges – Promotions are relatively slow, making it difficult for employees to climb the corporate ladder. Bias in Growth Opportunities – There is noticeable favoritism towards employees who joined as trainees, while lateral hires often find themselves sidelined

Initial work culture of Principal was very good early management used to focus on employees growth , learning with. No micro-management but starting from what you are wearing to what are doing everything is monitored .

Dislikes

No better salary hikes Micro-management Focus shifting towards cost cutting and being like service based company instead of product Not good for career growth Management will focus more on you wearing collared shirt with tucking instead of quality delivery
