My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. This place is a good for freshers. We don't get a chance to learn anything new. Meddle with their system, which is very narrow and life will be good. If you have any good suggestions, keep it yourself and even if you expose it, it will be useless. Their website proves their standard.

Friendly staffs and management... ready to help the teachers at any sorts. Vice chairman is very humble and always on the feet for the development of students and teachers

It is a perfect place to work for women lecturers. Your talents are easily identified and nurtured, provided you should have the urge to development. Management takes care of the security of the staffs. Students management is very easy. Approaching the Hierarchy is very easy. Perfect management of staffs and students.
