At first I was appointed as a Vice- Principal for one year but unfortunately " terminated" ( word used by the management ) within this period citing inefficiency. Next time I applied for PGT in English but appointed as TGT in English. Here again the school management ( surprising & shocking ) just after three months through their Vice- Principal ( Middle Section ) asked me to resign on the ground of unsatisfactory Unit Tests results of class 10 in English. Although I didn't accept the proposal but left the school. Please remember I had the appointment letter for one full session.I had to quit as alone I could not fight against such powerful & influential people.

Dislikes

Regionalism , nepotism , groupism & flattery were at large. Inside informers were given more preference. New comers from other region are not accepted so easily particularly if she or he is your competitor. Somewhere down the line max. no. of students are also blind supporters of old teachers and easily influenced by them. No chance of career growth, training, job security, lack of congenial atmosphere / environment , zero travelling,no innovation but salary was at least better than or at par with other reputed schools.
