...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Not stable as they have only 1 client who is on cost cutting mode now a days. Favoritism from leaders to promote the ones who do enough buttering and locking. Not listening to PM and project leads.

...joined as a fresher here and learned a lot also contributed in companies growth. Previously they used to reward us with good promotions and increments but now they have introduced some salary caps and also promotions are based on hierarchy. But still I would say it’s a good place to work

Dislikes

Management favours a few employees instead of deserving ones. HRs don’t listen to employees much and you will have to wait for their reply. The Hierarchy especially the team lead and manager sometimes show glimpses of a government office, I mean instead of favouring a working and delivering employees they favour and praise those who are good to them you know the typical b*** l******

Dislikes

One or two testers are worse in this company as they are working long and came to lead they require atleast basic test cases ,there are simple projects with simple clients but because testers make projects very terrible , company should think about replacement if they are performing company needs outperform testers so that project can deliver timely

We have a good management, excellent teamwork, effective communication with managers . Primus always share information clearly and accurately, and listen to their employees. organization is flexible in its operations to adapt and succeed in a changing business environment. Work-life balance, positive organizational culture without stress and employee is very productive. Always recognize and celebrate achievements and provide constructive and regular feedback providing influence job satisfaction and engagement. Cooperative An organization is very cooperative and relationships among its employees.
