I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Its a horrible company, They did not think about any person just think about their pocket. Boss of company are always say to his 36 year old story repeatedly and you can't ignore him. they are very sweet while interview but show their true colour after joining. in this company no job security, as they did not provide offer letter and confirmation letter till 6 month as they don't have HR and HR policies just give a Mam in HR which doesn't know about a single rule of HR . i advice to not to join this selfish company.

No job security and no holiday in a week. they say do work only work. Work environment not good for any new employee. Worst experience. They not think about employee they think about their pocket and money. They not give your offer and confirm latter after 9 months.
