Plz save yourself from working in this company. I am going through the most difficult phase of my life. They can ask you to leave the job on a single day notice without any pay compensation. They even didn’t follow due procedure before terminating the employee. Worst experience ever

The manager has no idea how to look after the project. You will get called during the middle of the night to finish off work. It doesn't matter what day of the week, you are always working—no sense of work-life balance. The manager keeps insisting it's a delivery the very next day and the next day he will forget about what happened the previous day. Very bad at organizing the projects, doesn't work on skill development, you will be given a new project and expected to push changes as if you are an experienced dev. The manager barely comes to the office during the day but arrives 30 minutes before employees leave(This is to ensure they work even after their work hours). Save yourself from the company. Under the manger's authority you are way off working in a call center.
