Dislikes

Highly job insecurity. Politics of old and senior employees, will not give WFH on your medical emergency too but senior and old employees take WFH every week just for rest and spending time with family. PM and TL is not in sync and at last blame come to the developer

At first they are very friendly and give welcome kits and all

As days passed, they are not friendly, will not accept leaves or critical wfh requests, random layoffs happen, even they may lay off without giving an hour of notice

1) No Job security 2) No flexibility 3) No understanding. 4) worst management 5) politics They have down sized lots of employees due to recession and i have lost my job due to this fools. They can remove you anytime , they will never take your request and sort your issues. Never join such small companies like this who don’t have any vision to grow and enhance work culture
