On-time salary payment.

Dislikes

No growth, no salary increment for years, salary is only increased based on who brought you into the company. The company is the worst place to work as a young individual, the management doesn't care about the welfare of their workers, they believe they are the ones doing the employee a favor. The company is run like a small family business.No respect for its workers.
