Its good to work over here.salary is the only issue over here if you are experienced artist.otherwise for fresher its good for their growth.Except salary,everything is good enough.

Management is such word and even prime focus management doesn't know how manage the company and the people who work for company. My suggest to HR manager to give at least a chance new comer

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees
