There are SALARY ISSUES. If you get hired by heena please do not join guys. She will send you to a different location to work and will not even inform you any single thing about it. She will cut your salary as she likes and will not even give an explanation for it. Very unclear and unprofessional. If you ask her for clarity- SALARY AMOUNT DEDUCTED! DO NOT GET JOINED BY HER. Stay away from contract basis jobs.

In prime focus if you the job culture is good but if you want to live in your style it's very hard. There is no time limit of working hours. The which I line most is I have lot of excel formulas and movie post production.

Dislikes

...nd unlimited working hours. Sometimes you have to more than 16 hours in a shift. And the worst thing is there is no extra compensation money for extra working hours. In production department you are not just responsible for your performance you have to also take the responsibility of artists in your team.

Only two thing i like good about this company that is , 1.- It gives a platform to start your career as fresher. 2. Every Friday Activities some time.

Dislikes

There are lots of things i don't like e.g- 1. There is no growth in salary and increment. thats why employs cant encourage themselves for there work. 2. They neither talk about bonus, nor given. they give sweets in the name of bonus. who wants it ? 3. Very cheap rate of incentives on shots ( your incentives will be given in 3 months with very very less amount even u save lots of bids of there shots ). 4. Very very cheap arrangements for any type of celebration. No party for mind fresh nothing. 5. No free refreshment while work. 6. very low salary according to work. 7 they should provide international or domestic tour. Its a international company, cant they provide these above things for better career for there employs for long term relationship. Prime Focus has already made its bad image towards employs. Every Employs got fed-up with the bad treatment. employs are connected with this company because either there are at higher post or local to the company.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees
