Overall everything is good until and unless you work as a donkey in minimum salary. When your expectations becomes high they think you are not worth it. Even though you are getting it from other big companies. If they think losing you is damage for them they will give you plenty of "GAJAR". And when times comes to keep their promises they will give you lot of reasons. No proper heirarchy. Only one person is sitting on one chair since long and he thinks he owns the company. And changes his decisions and rules every now and then. Lots of politics. Company is good for customers only when it comes to delivering a good project. Rest every other experience is total sadness.

Join this group immediately, 1) if you want to experience, how you will be devalued, degraded, dishonoured irrespective of your experience and seniority 2) if you want to work as Jr. Engg. And like mazdoor, even though you are of management / managerial level. 3) Here the theme of work is, will not get department labours, you have to beg it with foolish inexperienced / who do not know how the work is to be carried out, contracts dept. Do not use dept labour, because you do not have assisting supervisor, instead of that allot the works to contractors at 10 times more cost, it will give credit to VP for less expenditure on dept. Labour. Do not worry about excessive cost. 4) Here the work system is if you have more experience, handle more work locations individually, with out any assisting engg. and get exhausted. Winding up all your previous good experience of systematic work in other good company. This will give credit to VP for executing projects at very less expenditure on technical staff. 5) if you want to learn, how the bigger works can be carried out with out study of drg. with out pre planning and how developers lakhs of Rupees can be wasted on rework. ( you will not be allowed time for it, no time to sit )You will get good experience here. 6) if you want to do clerical work for full day instead of using your technical knowledge, skill and experience in execution. 7) if you want to get fired for incapability of contractors. 8) if you want to get experience of what is no work life balance. 9) if you want to experience, what is no job security. Your approach of systematic quality work is not required here. You will be removed in a day, without any notice. 10) if you want to learn, how a head, with out any intellect to handle a team, handles the township project. 11) if you want to learn, how certain contractors are to be favoured by giving with material contracts, at excessive rates with the help of company's contracts dept. and self earning can be done. 12) if you want to do donkeys work.
