They wanted to go for Event management with zero backend support. The founders have vision for so many clients empanelled but no strategy and no support system. They don't have any designer to even help in basic designing. They prepared the new year wish mail after 15th January when the other agencies already wished for Sankranti and Pongal. They are working for inclusion for this community but they are so judgemental and rude for others. So much internal politics which will suffocate you. I had few briefs from prospect client but the team refused to help for proposal making. I did all the designing from scratch. Manager told me to hire freelance for such tasks. They ruined my 6months. They are providing remote but with such company, you will start doubting your own capability while working from home. The owner brought his half aged boyfriend on one of the official/corporate event. They stayed together, roam together hand-in-hand, giving shoulder massages in public. Being straight, I don't have that perk(I don't want it also). Is that the inclusion this community is fighting for? Overall, this is one of third class organisation. And its not like that if you are from the community, you will be treated well. You have to be in that show-off trend with them for being accepted.
