Challenging Work Environment with Poor Management Priceeasy AI has a very demanding work culture with no work-life balance. Employees are expected to work on weekends and late nights without proper consideration for personal time. The workplace environment is highly stressful, and the management does not prioritize employee well-being. There is no job security, as employees have been let go without clear reasons, sometimes within just two days of joining. The leadership team lacks the necessary skills to manage teams effectively, leading to a disorganized and pressurizing work atmosphere. Due to these challenges, many employees choose to leave. Unrealistic expectations, lack of proper guidance, and ineffective management make it a difficult place to work. The company needs to focus on creating a more employee-friendly and structured work environment.

Nothing to like about it. Please check the reviews of Zdaly company, it was the former name. To hide the negative reviews they changed the company name recently. All those reviews are true only, instead of fixing those issues, they changed the company name. Only good thing about the company is employees are good, as we all have the same psycho ceo, we all bond well. Rest everything is corrupted, will ask us to work extra hours, no appreciation, abuses and ceo treats the employees like a slave.

Please think twice before joining the company. The ceo is a psycho who micromanages everyone in the office. Hire and fire is their main policy. Will hire you full time and then fire you within a month without even notice saying that you are under probation even though nothing is written as such in offer letter. Even their product reach is also in declining stage, all their clients are going to their competitors. But the ceo is busy pouring the money on new office and firing people instead of fixing the product. In no time they will declare bankruptcy.

The only thing that is good about this company is the people at managerial and associate level based out of India office. All of them are really supportive of each other. Probably, They all come together on the same note that everyone hates the CEO, Rajdeep Golecha, let me add, even the HR.

RAJDEEP GOELCHA. This is how he types when he is not in his sanity. This guy gives unrealistic deadlines to people, bugging them continuously for an update even though the deadline has not approached. The level of micromanagement is completely intolerable. Glad that I don’t have hear his squeaky voice anymore. Feel bad for all others who desperately want to leave but can’t as they have commitments, and this is what RAJDEEP GOLECHA preys on. Recently I got to know that they have moved to a new office, and that guy has been going on a rant or actually a firing spree quoting that he wants to cut costs. If you can’t afford to have a fancy office, let people work hybrid or from home, or take a less costly office, all of this is just a facade. BTW the threats of firing are quite common here. The CEO wants the employees to be under constant pressure and live in the fear of losing their jobs everyday. That’s how the employee culture the company has. He treats people like shit, has no manners to talk to women as well. Someone told me that he called a girl “FU****G BI**H, made her work outside her hours (this is common here BTW) and then fired her on the same evening. Also, there is a culture of favouritism with the CEO. If this comes from the manager, you can actually talk to the upper level management. But if this comes from the CEO, what can people do. There are certain people who get 50-100% hike with a year or even a few months, if he likes you. And for him to like you, you just need to turn around, bend over and just submit to him and he will keep throwing money at your face. The moment you start to talk back or put your point forward , you are probably gone the same day. And trust me you won’t even get paid for the number of days that you worked in that month. (I have heard this from a few employees what have been terminated by him in the previous years). As you are looking for the reviews on Zdaly India or PRICEEASY, I am pretty sure that you may have received an offer from them, if you want to have a peace of mind, DO NOT JOIN THIS ORGANIZATION. For more reviews about this company, search for Zdaly India Pvt Ltd. This guy is trying to operate under the name of their flagship product “PRICEEASY” to avoid the reviews which have already been online posted over last few years. If there was one review, you would understand that it could be personal vendetta. If everyone is saying the same, I thing you are smart enough to take a call.
