No job security, no work culture and timing. And a major thing is Mr venugopal... Do not join this company mainly in silvassa location. Other locations are good.

In this organization working pressure is more than more. I have to work 15-20 hrs in each and every 2 or 3 days interval ,due to absence of reliever... There is no reliever for night shift...otherwise company profile is very good.
