Company do not provide written everything in appointment letter, hidden deduction from salary. Company first deduct money when employee take leave, at the end of year or resignation company provide salary for balanced leaves, based on basic salary. They do not provide document signed, they always try to keep original letter with them. Non technical person handles technical person, they had sales like target for R and D team as well, they do not consider quality of work, they always need no of project to finish. Management treat employees as a slaaaave, everyday company threats to fire form the job. Job insicurity is too high, company has no money to maintain tissue paper in washroom, company try to attract with only infrastructure.

Worst company ever to work for....no likes....hiring always open here....management like to mentally harrasing their employee

- Highly Poor Management - if you are even 1 minute late they will deduct your half day - Unexpected result expectations from employees - owner and his son will not leave any chance to disrespect their employees - 24 year old owner son is technical VP who is highly rude and arrogant - most of the employees leave within 6 months to 1 year cause of poor company policies

No likes at all. Initial they will treat you very nicely but then it’s all the shout and anger issues which you will have to face Unhygienic washrooms Shouting from all the owners Bad behaviour
