Free Food If you are pro in politics, gossip and can do as asked by management you are safe no matter how poor your knowledge and skills are

Salary is on mercy of Management HR has no work but to check employee timings and cut salary No Appraisals often Pathetic project management, under the name of High Class Projects they only lay wires here and there All projects are run by few "Old Favorite superstars" of company who run the show and Plz "Don't Mess with them" Zero work ethics among top management Management is the most corrupt Overall this is not a respectful job but a "Dignified Slavery"
