Salary is on mercy of Management HR has no work but to check employee timings and cut salary No Appraisals often Pathetic project management, under the name of High Class Projects they only lay wires here and there All projects are run by few "Old Favorite superstars" of company who run the show and Plz "Don't Mess with them" Zero work ethics among top management Management is the most corrupt Overall this is not a respectful job but a "Dignified Slavery"

work culture is decent only between colleagues but not with management. Other than this nothing is good there.

...s not at all efficient and not listening employees problems in the organization. Salary is very much below industry standards and career growth is not at all there. Because they are giving false hopes for salary hike and promotion. No job training is given properly to new joinees.

job security is nothing in the company, covid 19 time they had to move another location but at time you can't go so he was quitting his job

...L not supportive TL can't understand field situation work pressure is very high. they can not provide any training job security nothing career growth not possible these company salary issue is nothing,appraisal doesn't given.company are ok ,company not grow due to company TL egoistic nature.

Presto is a worst company I have seen Salary problem is so much in presto My pending amount is nearly 1 lakh their is no response from them they have removed so many employers now

They dont clear salary and expense till now their no response from them at least we are asking experience letter that also not giving over all that worst company ever seen my carrier
