... challenges you will get unexpected growth in terms of salary and opportunities.Salary on time and no salary deduction or hold increment during corona. last year also we received and this year also Work culture - No typical hierarchy that juniors cannot perform and cannot grow . Believes in meritocracy and if your manager leaves you have opportunity to become manager.No top MNC or big companies will provide as they believe in procedure and policies.We have young team who are running the show most of them recruited through campus and became HOD. Management - Director has a long and clear vision to become a world leader in high pressure pump and for that developed huge infrastructure with lots of technology and machineries. HR Policy - Strict but necessary.

Sometimes work life balance gets affected,positive work pressure is there.Management is liberal against poor performers and don't act rightly which lead to negativity in the company.No professionalism among few employees and no ownership for their work due to which company suffers.

PressureJet came to my campus. I am a trainee engineer. The company gives handsome salary. This is a great thing in today's time. The company is financially sound and investing lots of money in latest machineries. Job security is 100% if you are sincere and you are knowledgeable. NO JOB SECURITY IF YOU ARE NOT PERFORMING. All latest AND WORLD-CLASS machineries and intention to develop the best product is there. Work culture is ok but improving. Management is very good. NO POLITICS at all. Vishal Shah, Director is very sharp. He is not meeting all people daily but when asks question, people who are not working properly, are afraid of him. He is straightforward and carrying. In corona, he and his family have supported all employees excellent way. No Director support and takes care of employees like him. I feel that company policy is ok. the company should apply some policy otherwise the company cannot operate. Always pay salary in time. overall management is good. here, lots of work freedom. NO MICRO MANAGEMNET. fully resourceful company. The new plant is extraordinary and world-class development. For me, our director is a role model. He is working hard for the company. I personally believe that these are real-life heroes, otherwise, they have lots of money and no need to work such a hard way. I have a good impression of Mr. Vishal Shah, Mr. Dilavar, Mr. Aman because all my seniors are very cooperative and down to earth. No ego. They never talk rudely to juniors. Mr. Vishal is a real entrepreneur. He invests lots of money to make the company strong. this is a great thing. I am very happy that company is carrying huge inventory and very good latest plant. The new plant has a huge production capacity. This will change the company. The new company is constructed with great vision. I am enjoying working here because i am learning a lot.

company is offering good books but senior people should give proper training to trainees. teammates are good and intelligent. internal coordination is weak which management is seriously working. Company should install CCTV immediately because few negative people are a big problem. Pressurejet management should not hire poor performers because they always blame the company and spread negativity.

... so that they can explore the world. Health and safety is a concern for company. Salary is always done in time. Financially very sound company. Lots of investment is done and creating world class infrastructure. Product Quality is No. 1 in India and customer satisfaction is also good. Mr. Vishal Shah and his wife personally takes care of people whenever they are in need. Whenever need any resource, immediately management gives. Very proactive in adopting technology.

Company needs to improve their hiring process. Few rotten mango spoils all mangoes. Expectations from employees are much more. Mr. Vishal Shah should understand that everybody is not a businessman, otherwise everybody is doing business and not coming to do job. Management should hire experience managers instead of giving responsibilities to juniors (3 to 5 years) and inexperienced people. Too much dependant on junior people. Regular performance evaluation and promotions is required which management does not do properly and suddenly (after longtime) rates negative. Due to this employees feel bad. Management should do regular performance review, so that employees get chance to improve. Management should not expect high performance from everyone. Purchase department is very weak. This affect the company badly. Immediate improvement is needed.

...t of politics in top management and the management doesn’t address out issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow and no job security. No proper training to new joinees. Worst HR policies,they change as per their requirements.
