Good environment to work, people and culture are very good. The best thing is that we are given every possible opportunity to learn new tech stacks and then equip ourself with new technologies, we were given a lot of benefits such as subscription to LMS sites, petrol allowance, gym membership, vacation benefits, higher education policy, macbook pro, commute facility, team lunch every quarter, company wide event. I mean what else do you want to grow your career. Each day new challenges are given , we get adapted to those challenges and gain more Knowledge

The work life balance is a big question here. The promotion is given very late. A lot of politics are there.

The worst kind of politics is when managers help their favorites and make life difficult for those they dislike, often pushing them to resign through constant harassment. There is also significant gender bias in performance appraisals, with noticeable partiality towards men and women.

Challenges can include managing high expectations while maintaining performance, which requires lots of planning and adaptability. Balancing multiple projects and mentoring while contributing technically can be demanding but ultimately fulfilling.

Micromanagent especially internal managers(middle management) playing with the engineering professionals. Upper management need to look action on those and give opp to the professional engineers. Don't over manage to people very disappointed recommendations needed
