The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role

Everything, thay want to make 2nd Byjus by hiring ex-Bujus team 😂 additional cut off salary . They just maintain the culture of Byjus not the other part like ( promotion + marketing + salary + Development team + funding) They provide 30k salary ( incentive + fixed ) in OL But Fixed 15k . Then if you done business then you will earn the incentive part . Even they couldn’t provide me ✌️. No proper office time there. You enter then everything is history. My suggestion will be not to join there .Join a org with a good package & a healthy life that will motivate to work & build up your confidence confidence.
