They dont pay salary to their employees on time. If you leave company within probation’s period they will not pay any amount to you and they Don’t communicate this valueless policy before joining.. No supporting staff/ HR and management makes only false promises. Never join this company.

They should start pf first 2nd salary because every FMCG product rate hike now day and premium living in 2000 only no salary growth no medical support no future security premium should do this thing .

Yes in small I think self believe and satisfaction in working field Mostly premium should follow medicial facility

Accounting is always a good choice for me but it's really a tough job.. but the higher authorities of the company never leave you alone in the mid of any problem that's what I like about the company

Salary is less according to the work pressure.. you have 2 take so many responsibilities at the same time but the remuneration proviede but the company is poor

Luckily i got good colleagues in office. My seniors were wonderful including manager.

HR department is terrible. Thy holded my full n final salary for 4 months. They hav poor policylies n no value to employee. No increments. 90-95% crowd is old people. Feels like you are working in government company. Very slow n poor work style.. No value addition. If u dnt get job anywhere thn join for very short period. Otherwise skip ths company. Believe me if u stuck there u wl regret alot after few months or year.

Salary is too less compare to other industries. No pf, ESI, Paid leave, OT, food allowance, HRA. I am working this company Jan 2021 to aug 2022. HR tell me interview time after one year start pf, ESI and salary increment but no one given me. So Hr. tell fake promise before you joining.
