Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?

I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?

Dislikes

The company does not provide any transport facility or transport allowance. Health insurance does not cover parents, and the annual bonus is very low. The company only offers two advantages over its competitors - job security and permanent day shift work - which it takes for granted. Many employees over the age of 30 do not want to work night shifts, so the number of employees quitting this organisation is low.

Good place for fresher who want to explore media services side of the Entertainment industry. Not a place for seasoned professionals. They make you start from scratch and all the years of experience that you have got, just throw it in the bin before you enter this place.

Dislikes

Management is in tatters, you will have the worst kind of review and appraisal where you will end up being compared with a non-performer. They don't provide a good health insurance, with only coverage of about 2L to 3L. Only your spouse and children are covered but no provision to club your parents. They don't provide cab service, one meal is given free that would be the lunch buffet. If you start showing that you work good they will load you with every possible stuff without proper training. You show them you are a work horse, they will give you peanuts and make you work like a donkey.
