No job security in all private sector, You should be quick learner in this company otherwise you will be found in critical condition, Company management is average as you need to approach them , Company policies are good , less politics , average food, new canteen, Good company for freshers to increase their skills in this automotive industry

Very good work culture.. Supporting staff.... Workers safety all norms followed...Women safety also considered... Good involvement of women work force... Good work ethics... As per International norms...My individual experience.

SOPs w r t supply chain and logistics and transportation are need to have more observation... Less contact with workforce in lower strata in order to encourage them.

U have a free hand to work. Not much of intervention, if results are achieved.

The management is not too sound. They are not in particular to any sound systems. The top management believes outsiders than their team.
